ADMISSION TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

REGISTRATION & ADMISSION

  • On the basis of clearing eligibility criteria (which are defined from time to time) and paying the admission fee, a person is admitted to a particular course offered by PRECIOUS COMPUTER.
  • Downgrade from a particular course in which admission taken is not possible at any cost.
  • Study Material like Book, Bag, I-Card etc. shall be collected by the candidates within 15 days from the date of admission.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

  • Registration is valid only for a period of one month. If the student does not take admission within this period, registration will be cancelled and the amount deposited will be forfeited.
  • Candidates unable to join for any specific reason need to get prior approval from the centre head.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION

  • Any student who misbehaves, uses abusive language, becomes arrogant, or is found doing fraudulent activities will have their admission immediately cancelled.
  • Students who do not pay fees up to 3 weeks from the due date will have their admission cancelled.
  • Students continuously absent for 3 weeks without prior permission will have their admission cancelled.
  • PRECIOUS COMPUTER reserves the right to demand compensation for any assets deliberately damaged by a student.

READMISSION / RE-INSTATEMENT

  • Readmission is possible by paying Rs. 1000/- as re-instatement fee. Granting readmission is at the sole discretion of the Centre head.

RE-JOIN CLASS

  • Students who have completed or left classes mid-way and want to rejoin must pay a Re-joining fee of Rs. 650/-.

I-CARD

  • It is compulsory for all candidates to carry the I-card in the branch premises. Entry is not allowed without it.
  • Duplicate I-card charges applicable if lost or damaged.

FEE & TAX DETAILS

  • Fees can be paid fully or in installments. Full fees must be paid before batch start date.
  • All fees payable by cash or locally drawn cheques/DDs. Postdated or outstation cheques are not accepted.
  • Installment due date: 10th of every month. Rs. 50/day fine for late payment. Rs. 300 extra for bounced cheques.
  • Entry banned if under influence of alcohol/narcotics.
  • Taxes applicable as per law.

FEE REFUND POLICY

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable, except caution money if taken.

ATTENDANCE & LAB ACCESS

  • Minimum 90% attendance required.
  • Extra practice sessions are subject to availability. No guarantee of extra sessions.
  • Assignments, projects, and live tasks must be completed in time.
  • No personal pendrive/CD-ROMs. Misuse of internet strictly prohibited.

LEAVES

  • Leave applications must be submitted 3 days prior. Late submission penalized Rs. 10/- per class.

BATCH MERGER/TRANSFER

  • Batch transfer allowed once free; subsequent transfers Rs. 500/- fee.
  • Batch timing cannot be changed post-admission.

PLACEMENT SUPPORT

  • Placement assistance is available post-course completion for eligible students only.
  • No Job Guarantee; validity 3 months from course completion.

EXAMINATION & PROJECT SUBMISSION

  • Exams mandatory for e-Certification.
  • Projects to be submitted after/before exam; no marks assigned.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Fees are non-refundable; course extension only for unavoidable reasons.
  • Institute reserves rights to claim damages or expel students for misconduct.
  • Special classes may be conducted at other venues.
  • Faculty allotment and batch schedule are at institute discretion.
  • Students must follow rules, maintain discipline, and abide by all terms.
  • Disputes governed by Delhi jurisdiction.

ONLINE CLASSES TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Students must have a stable internet connection and required devices.
  • Live sessions must be attended; missing sessions may not be repeated.
  • All assignments, projects, and tests must be completed within deadlines.
  • Recorded sessions are for reference only; attendance in live sessions is mandatory for certification.
  • Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited; violation may lead to cancellation.

RECORDED COURSES TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Access is granted after enrollment and payment confirmation.
  • Modules must be completed within the validity period specified at enrollment.
  • No refunds or extensions for incomplete modules unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
  • Sharing or distributing recorded content is prohibited.
